08/29/2021: 34th Annual The Ben to The Shore Bike Tour;

EVENT DETAILS: The Ben to The Shore Bike Tour is a charity bike ride that raises money to provide necessary financial relief for the families of fallen or critically injured first responders and cultivate positive relationships and interactions between police officers and the children in the communities they serve. More info https://www.facebook.com/events/2806624879549247/ The classic route is a 65-mile ride from Philadelphia to Atlantic City, and the lite route, which is slightly shorter, is a 50-mile ride from Berlin, NJ. Upon arrival at the finish line at the Showboat Hotel, riders are greeted by friends and family, volunteers, and supporters, where we celebrate their amazing physical accomplishment and raise additional funds at our legendary after-party. This is an 80+ mile Poker Run across the NJ Pine Barrens, finishing up at the Forked River Fire House for a BBQ. EVENT DETAILS: Historic Soldiers Weekend returns for 2021 for our 17th Annual Event– Come for the event and help support Historic Fort Mott! About Historic Soldiers Weekend Now, in our 17th year, Historic Soldiers Weekend is a historical encampment featuring re-enactors and their equipment from every American conflict, spanning the French & Indian War to the Vietnam War. In some instances, both sides of the conflicts will be present, such as the Revolutionary War loyalists and “redcoats,” Civil War confederate units, and WWII German infantry units. Re-enactment units will be camping out for the weekend at Historic Fort Mott, living as their ancestors did. Journey back in time to give yourself and your children, students, and guests a chance to see, hear and touch real history through the life of a typical soldier during the French & Indian War, Civil, World Wars, and beyond.
